Meet Patricia
Real estate is about more than contracts and closings dates ~ It's about people, families and life transitions.
My journey into real estate
Becoming a REALTOR® has been a lifelong dream of mine. Ever since I was a teenager, I found myself noticing “for sale” signs around Oklahoma City and imagining the stories behind each move. Once my children were grown, I finally had the opportunity to pursue that dream and build a career centered around helping people. One of my greatest joys comes from guiding people through important life transitions. Whether it’s helping a first-time homebuyer or assisting grandparents as they downsize and move closer to family, I love caring for them and providing support, encouragement and guidance every step of the way.

My unique approach to real estate
What truly sets me apart is how much I care—it's more than just a job; it's my life's calling. When I first embarked on my real estate career, it was to fulfill a dream and help my husband prepare for retirement. Though he sadly passed in 2024 before we could fully realize that dream together, his words continue to guide me: "If you're going to sell real estate, you have to jump in with both feet!" And I did. He also said, "Once you're no longer having fun, you have to stop!" I have no plans to stop. I'm having the most fun and I truly believe God led me to this path. This "job" has carried me through some of life's most difficult seasons, and I'm grateful every day that this path chose me.

My home, my community: Newcastle, Oklahoma and the Tri-City Area
I have spent nearly my entire life in the OKC metro area, with most of it right here in the Tri-City area of Newcastle, Tuttle, Blanchard, and Bridge Creek. My parents moved here in 1969, and I attended Bridge Creek Elementary School before graduating from Newcastle High School. After a brief period living in Tulsa, my husband and I realized that home is where our friends, family, and community were, and we wanted to come home. We eventually moved back to the spot where our first mobile home stood, building our forever home. This community feels right; the people are kind, and I truly belong here. Especially since my husband passed away, the support from friends and neighbors has been incredible, reminding me I'm not alone. It's a wonderful place to call home.
"I believe every move has a story behind it, and it's a privilege to help people through the next chapter of theirs."
